Jennifer oversees the full operational and financial infrastructure of the business — from marketing execution to fiscal stewardship — ensuring that every transaction runs with precision and every client interaction reflects the team's commitment to excellence. Working in close partnership with Lead Agent Richard Wilkinson, she is the driving force behind the group's continued growth and its reputation for a truly elevated experience.

Jennifer's career began in film production in New York City — a world that demands flawless coordination, creative problem-solving, and grace under pressure. Those instincts translate seamlessly to real estate, where the stakes are high and the details matter. Los Angeles brought her and Richard together personally and professionally, and it remains the city where they have built both their family and their business.

Deeply invested in her community, Jennifer serves in leadership and volunteer roles at her children's schools and as a Philanthropy Liaison for the National Charity League of Pasadena — bringing the same dedication to those around her that she brings to everything she does.
